Job Description:

We are looking for individuals to join our team, who have experience running a landscape crew. We are a growing company and provide a positive, honest, place to work and have fun. Other duties will include pruning trees and shrubs (training provided to meet ISA Certified Arborist standards). Along with general landscaping, edging & mulching, seeding, running a skid steer, running a Dingo, snow removal.  Pay is a Guaranteed Yearly Salary of $27000-$38000 including commission, depending on experience. Experience working in the Green Industry is a must.

• No smoking, drinking, or cussing
• Must Pass drug screen
• We’re a Christian business & will reflect it at all times. We do pray weekly in our group meeting to start our day
• If we ever break anything/ make any mistakes we will inform the homeowner (we won’t hide it)
• We won’t cut any corners & we’ll do whatever it takes to complete the job properly & clean up better than anyone else
• Integrity & Pride in work are a must
• A copy of your valid driver’s license is required to drive company trucks
• Must be able to problem solve and have attention to small details
