From start to finish working with this company, and specifically Jordan in the planning stages, it was a great experience. He was very knowledgeable about plants and was patient with all my questions, and offered great suggestions. Everyone in the office answering my phone questions was polite and friendly. Juan and Albert were the installers and they were hard working and had great attention to details. The whole experience was A++ and we’ve told everyone that! We’ve found a company to keep forever, and that’s a great feeling!

I've used Quality YHM since we moved back to Pataskala in 2018 for lawn treatment, mowing services, landscaping, tree replacement, and as a knowledgeable resource! Every one I have communicated with has been very responsive, honest, professional, and accountable...and they do quality work!

Quality Yard and Home got rid of all of the weeks taking over my flower beds, sprayed so they don't come back, then mulched everything for fall. Skylar & David did a professional job and answered any and all of my questions. Cleaned up and left everything better than when they got here. Beautiful job! I would recommend them.

Quality Yard and home maintenance LLC has been doing our yard for two years now. Our yard is looking the best it has in a long time. Great Lawn Care Technicians like Austin who was here today and has been here on previous service appointments does a great job. Below are a summary of all the services they have done for us over the last couple of years.

attention to detail was great. they edged all the curving garden beds beautifully and installed mulch and swept/blew away all debris on the walkways. gardens looked first rate when they finished!

Deck railing was replaced, including two stairs. Jake P. and Frank S. did an excellent job, and cleaned up afterwards. I’d use them again.

We had a retaining wall built and river rock placed in a bed off of our patio. They finished in 3 days and it looks amazing. Always on time, very personable employees, who worked hard to get a superior job done. Would recommend them to anyone.

We used their services for bushogging our .5 acre lot and are very pleased with the service. Would highly recommend Quality for this service, quality and price!

They did a great job with the landscaping. They removed some walks and a light post and leveled the yard for seed. They forgot to cap the light post and Jared and Jacob came back out and fixed that as soon as I reported the issue. They were very professional and thorough. Thanks!

I am very happy with the trees installation (and misc supporting work) yesterday. The crew was on time as expected, was very respectful and professional (including talking to me about turning the trucks around in the yard), and did a top-notch job in the installation itself. The trees seem to be of very good quality and the installation was really excellent. This cost a bit more than the previous trees (from someone else), but the quality of installation was so much better this time. I'm very satisfied. And of course -- I also appreciate Jordan's consulting leading up to this.

My time with Quality YHM has been wonderful start to finish. Last year I had a large job quoted from them. The individual that came out was super helpful and provided much needed knowledge. I ended up not doing that project but was so impressed with the worker that I now have them come by year round for their 6 step yard care. Austin Zimmerman has been the individual coming out and is always professional and willing to answer my list of questions regarding the service being done and how I can improve my lawn.

Had 3 trees removed today, wondered if they would do it today with the snow cover, but they did and did a great job! Had to grind out one stump and filled the hole with topsoil. Did a good job cleaning up in spite of the sloppy wet conditions.

We had Quality come out and trim our trees and they did such a fantastic job that we hired them to replace our porch. I paid half upfront with the rest to be paid after the job was done. We are very pleased with the outcome, the porch looks fantastic, but we did have some communication issues. We only received sporadic updates on the porch work. It would have been nice to be told how progress was going on a regular basis, like when the inspector was to be out and when they were done with each phase of the project. Also, they sent me the bill for the balance without letting us know the work was done and making sure we were happy with it. In fact, the work was not done because they hadn't finished the step and there were nails left in the yard. When I contacted them, they quickly responded and got the porch finished as well as placing hay netting over the muddy areas, which we greatly appreciated because our dogs like to run in the yard. We will definitely consider them again because they did such a great job, but I would like to suggest they keep their customers more informed and maybe get a magnet to pick up all the nails so it won't be an issue for your customer.

When we first reached out to you, we were in shock and slightly panicked. We had moved into our newly built house which still needed work completed on it and our builder declared bankruptcy leaving us in the lurch and on the hook to coordinate (and pay for) the work needed to finish the house. After such a shock, our biggest priority was a trustworthy company that was hopefully local. I did a LOT of research and time and time again on local message boards, Quality Yard and Home was a company that came up as someone that was trusted in the community and that performed work at a fair price. You did not disappoint. Throughout this entire process, you have proven those reviews right time and time again while providing helpful guidance along the way. Your staff has been extremely professional and every worker that came on the property was respectful and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right. I have absolutely nothing but positive words to say about anyone associated with your company that we have had interactions with. It was not only the people that were excellent. I have nothing, but praise for the results your team has produced. The tree removal for the septic system, the grading in the area around the house, and the gravel apron for the driveway apron have all been fantastic. Although we ran out of time in the year to finish everything, we are looking forward to the Spring when the last major piece of the puzzle will be put into place with the final grading and seeding. Please pass our extreme gratitude on to everyone on your crew for their outstanding performance. We would love to provide a good review for you on whatever platforms are the most useful to you. Powerwash House

My wife and I recently renovated a home and utilized Quality for a number of the various projects. This company was outstanding! Very attentive to detail and completed each phase on budget. Each employee was very eager to go ‘the extra mile’ to get things done correctly.

Excellent work by the team over at Quality. I was a little undecided on what I wanted to do with the old deck. The wonderful team at QYHM stepped up to the challenge, and delivered an end result that was beyond my expectations. I can't thank the crew from the Handyman department enough. Every member of that team played a huge role in this project From start to finish they were beyond awesome. I would highly recommend them for any of your home projects!!!

Full disclosure, I did not use this business as, in the end, I wasn't even afforded the chance to do so. Full Story: I contacted this business while looking for a contractor to repair the sidewalk in front of my house as well as pressure wash. The gentleman that came out to review the project was nice enough and all went well. I notified him that I will not be needing the pressure wash as I had already found someone else, however was still very interested in the sidewalk repair. Fast forward a few days and I received a quote by email for pressure washing the house. I replied, notifying them that I will not be needing the pressure wash and that I was only interested in the sidewalk repair. For 4 weeks, there was no response from this business. I would normally let it go as, they just don't want to service my house, a bad business practice but they aren't the only only people in town that do this. Today, I received another email, asking if I would still like my house pressure washed, which prompted this review as maybe they will finally notice. Update: I have finally received an email response shortly after posting this review originally regarding the issue with my quote. I also received a voicemail from the owner regarding this review on Monday, October 3rd. After some consideration, I've decided to update this review. The email apologized for the issues, which I appreciate, however I never was sent the quote for repairing the sidewalk. Granted, at this point in time, I have already moved on with a different company, but I would argue it still matters. The email claims that they were having computer issues, yet I never received a phone call, letter, knock on my door, or any other form of communication attempting to contact me to notify me that I might have not received an email(s) from them. The voicemail I received was from the owner of the company. He again apologized, stating that they were having technical issues. At this point, I understand, things happen and, while It's still an issue that no one bothered to call until I posted a public review, I can move with my life. But then, the owner stated that the person I had been emailing with had apologized for issue and was asking if there is anyway I can take this review down. Now, without even getting too deep into the weeds of Google's guidelines, this is shady. How many negative reviews for companies have been taken down, artificially inflating review scores? On top of that, why would you ask me to remove my actual review of your company, while letting an employee (the one I was emailing with) of that company give a 5 star review?. So, with the authenticity of their reviews now in question, I would highly recommend using someone else.
