I am looking to have a zoom meeting with 6-8 clients that has had multiple services with us or has touched multiple areas or our company. I want to ask a few questions about our entire process from beginning to end to see our company through your eyes. I want to see if there are any areas in our process that need improvement or confusing. Here is a list of questions I'd like to ask. 1. I would start with questions like: How did you hear about us? What did you think you were looking for before you called us, and did you find what you were looking for?

2. The initial impression: How was the initial interactions with us, as you emailed or called to get more information?

3. How was the buying process? Tell me about the sales person you worked with, the response times you experienced, the details of what we provided you, the contract, etc.
What was helpful and what was confusing?

4. How was your experience from giving us the go ahead and starting the work? Was it made clear to you what to expect? How was the communication you received?

5. Has our new software been better or is there anything you don't like about it like the automation follow ups after a quote has been emailed out etc?

5. How did the work unfold? Was the process clear? Any hiccups along the way? Where did our people serve you well, and where did we drop the ball?

6. Closing out the project: Did anything linger? Were you as happy as we finished as when we started? Any workmanship issue fix, was the Quality of the work what you expected?

7. Billing and admin: How about the billing process? Invoices emailed, deposits, financial hold process etc.
