Job Description for Home Maintenance Contractor with fast track to (sales) Project Manager:

We need to hire a Home Maintenance Contractor that will transition into our Leadership Management Team as our Home Maintenance Project Manager. Preferably a previous business owner that understands what it’s like to build and balance the sales and production, while multitasking to be successful. I prefer to hire those willing to grow into this position vs those already operating as a Project Manager. We were awarded the “2017 Business of the Year” and we provide a positive, honest, place to work and have fun as we keep climbing to new heights each year. Our culture is created for you to thrive in a clean, supportive, team atmosphere. You will be paid hourly plus overtime during your probationary period running a route. Home Maintenance routes include house power washing, gutter cleaning, building fences & decks, painting, light fixtures & ceiling fans, installing faucets, drainage, some excavating, roofing/siding repairs, general fix it projects, possibly small retaining walls & patios (although we have a hardscape division for this), snow plowing in the winter months, etc. Once moving into the Project Manager position you will have a salary, plus commission, along with company & division bonuses, which includes a percentage of the gross profit above the division budget. As Project Manager, duties will be to meet w/ clients, bid and sell the jobs, manage the jobs to the end, manage gross profit margins & budgets, hire employees etc. Roughly 50% of the time will be selling and managing, and 50% of the time will be helping/instructing on the job sites and lining up materials. We are a lawn care/landscaping company and we have a large base of residential clients that love us and want us to do all of their home maintenance. We just need someone to take ownership of this division by managing it and helping build it. Our other managers are too busy running their own divisions as we keep growing 25% + every year. Pay is based on experience starting $45000 to $65000 year, although the sky is the limit for you to grow the division. The path is laid out for you.

Expectations for Home Maintenance Contractor (sales) Project Manager:
• No smoking, drinking, or cussing
• Must Pass drug screen
• We're a Christian business & will reflect it always. We pray weekly in our group meeting to start our day
• If we ever break anything/make any mistakes we will inform the homeowner (we won't hide it)
• We won't cut any corners & we'll do whatever it takes to complete the job properly & clean up better than anyone else
• Integrity & Pride in work are a must

Ricky deserves it. He did a FANTASTIC job on removing a 40' branch off my neighbor's tree that had split from the tree and was hanging to the ground in my yard. He also taught me a lot about trees and the correct way they should be maintained. I hope my neighbor calls you as this particular tree is Huge and needs trimming or removal. I gave Ricky and his helpers water, snack bars, and a tip. They earned it.
